CACTUS CHAOS: This flavor filled sauce brings to the table a hint of tang from the nopales (Cactus Pad), sweet citrus from the lemon drop melon and a bit of bite from the jalapeno creating refreshing chaos while landing on the palate. This is a very fresh and vibrant sauce plus very versatile making it a great accompaniment to any dish. Great on eggs, fish tacos, slaw dressing.  Anything you want to brighten up, rather than spice up.
